Because a criminal record can take a heavy toll on a person’s ability to meet basic needs, namely finding a job and housing, we take record clearing seriously. Expungements are a two-step process, the first step is to have the record removed from court and government sources through a legal expungement. The second step is to get the record erased from background check companies’ databases. Because of the vast number of companies that provide background checks this can be challenging. We help to erase criminal records that have been exunged from background check companies permanently, these are the same companies that do background checks for potential employers and landlords.
