Among the requirements to expunge a driving while intoxicated offense are:

  1. 10 years have passed since the conviction;
  2. It was the first traffic related intoxication offense or intoxication related boating offense;
  3. This was not a conviction for driving a commercial motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and the offender does not have a commerical driver’s license;
  4. There were no prior or subsequent intoxicated related boating or driving offenses;
